It was a gloomy, windy day with dark clouds looming on the horizon.  The threat of rain was imminent, but the light of charitable giving shone brightly on the Walmart parking lot last Saturday, November 18th.  The result was a Thanksgiving “Fill a Cruiser” drive that collected donations of 1,036 pounds of food and $70.00 in cash, plus a large assortment of paper products and personal care items.  Donations were carried to the cruiser by donors of all ages!

This was all made possible thanks to the thoughtfulness of Officer Vanessa Eley and Anita Snyder of the Fairfield Township Police Department, with the support of Store Manager Michael Jodrey and the associates of the Princeton Road Walmart Superstore.  Thanks to all for a job well done!
