Obtaining Assistance


Need some help? You’ve come to the right place! Asking for help is never an easy thing to do. But, the Fairfield Food Pantry is here to ease the pain and bring you comfort.


First Time Visitor Requirements:

As a first-time visitor to our Pantry, you are required to bring the following documentation to ensure your eligible to receive assistance from our Pantry.

  1. Photo ID

  2. Proof of Residency

    Each pantry is organized to serve the local community in which they reside. We serve the Fairfield/Fairfield Twp area - those areas that are within the Fairfield School District. Residency can be proven with one of the following items:

    • Recent utility bill, phone bill, water bill or cable bill. Please note: the name on the bill must match that on your photo ID

    • An official letter addressed to you from an agency on their official stationary. The address on the bill/letter must be within the Fairfield School District.

During this visit, we will Pantry Card. Please keep this in a safe space - you will need it for each future visit.

Additional Community resources

During Your Visit

When you visit the Pantry, you will be provided a Pantry Kit, consisting of:

  • An emergency supply of food (based on family size)

  • Toiletries and personal care items, as available

  • Counter Items (special care items)

  • Helpful information on available programs and resources to help with your specific needs
